Description
Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) using the coextrusion process.
Its core feature lies in combining diverse materials (such as HDPE, wood fibers, and functional additives) through multiple extruders that melt the materials simultaneously, bonding them into a multi-layered composite structure within a single mold.
The outer layer typically features a highly wear-resistant and UV-resistant functional coating, while the inner layer adopts a lightweight design to reduce costs and enhance structural stability.
